People who ascribe to “the secret” belief system/laws of attraction: say you asked the “universe” for?
something specific but you realize you don’t want that and it still is trying to fulfill it. How the heck do you cancel it? Change the order? Serious answers please.

Just focus on what you do want, affirm that it will happen for the highest and greatest good, and express gratitude for what you already have (in prayers and/or a gratitude journal).
Don’t give any more energy to what you don’t want and don’t focus on a lack but rather focus on your blessings.
BTW I much prefer Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch to The Secret.
